Integrity concerns arise and can involve good people with the best of intentions. It is your responsibility to raise immediately any integrity concern or suspected violation of the Code of Conduct or company policy or procedure. Knowing just what to do can be difficult. The good news is that you have many options:
Talk to your manager or your manager's manager.
Call Global Compliance, the Legal Department, your Human Resources representative, People Services, Global Security or any of the resources listed in our Code of Conduct.
Use the Advice Line to ask a question, obtain guidance, or report an integrity concern. The Advice Line is powered by a Third Party called Convercent. You may call the Advice Line, a confidential, toll-free telephone number that anyone can call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also submit a question or report online, at any time, using the "Get Started" button above.
Boston Scientific does not tolerate any form of retaliation against an individual arising from a good-faith report of a potential violation of our Code of Conduct, a related policy, or of an integrity concern. Retaliation is also prohibited against anyone who participates in an investigation of such a report.
